The Technical Department works in collaboration with a number of departments in parallel, in order to provide a quality and professional response to our customers.
* Response to service technicians for troubleshooting in the field.
* Dealing with suppliers regarding warranty and spare parts.
* Responding to sales agents regarding technical specifications and capabilities of imported equipment.
* Dealing with the company’s management regarding the promotion of the products and their level of reliability in terms of faults.
