We recently purchased from you a generator for a building in Rehovot at 5, Goldin St. – a cultural complex project. I would like to commend and praise your employees for their marketing,      supply and installation.One of the conditions of purchase was the installation of the generator and its placement on site. Other companies refused the condition because it is very difficult, while your employee, Zion Golan, visited the site and undertook to get the generator in without sawing and/or cutting concrete and, most importantly, he fulfilled the task with great success and to our complete satisfaction. Apart from Zion, I must mention the rest of the staff who worked courteously without pressure and pleasantly while responding to demands and requests.

! My name is Roey from the Mer-Terre Construction Company. We have a compressor we bought from you. Last Thursday (27.7.17), we had a problem with one of the compressors. After a conversation with Ziv, it was decided to call for service (we were explained that he would not be able to arrive before Monday). In parallel, Ziv gave me the phone number of a technician named David, who was able to solve the problem telephonically. I would like to commend the kindness, patience and professionalism of the technician who helped “wholeheartedly”. May there be many more like him!

Bar, on the occasion of renting a compressor in two different rounds… and especially from Eitan and Limor from the Delivery Department, where the equipment was awaiting for us all spick and span, and most importantly at the required time (early morning).

I would like to thank M. Bar and the installation team in particular for installing a new screw feeder in our plant.
We are very busy most of the time and do not pay attention to things beyond our work, but I would like to point out the good work by the service team who installed the screw feeder for the silo and thank them, they were well organized with all the required equipment, including the coordination with a crane truck. They performed professional work, without the need to involve any of our plant personnel.
I am sure and confident that we will continue to work together in the future.

A few days ago, we needed to rent a compressor for our work.
For this purpose, we contacted Eitan, from your Delivery Department, who did everything in his power to make a faulty compressor serviceable for us, and Limor Goldberg, whose level of care is remarkable. We received a professional response and a very worthy level of service.
Although in the end the compressor provided to us was faulty, despite Eitan’s efforts, Limor did everything she could to provide us with an alternative with great courtesy and dedication.
We would like to express our satisfaction with the personal attitude of your Delivery Department staff, may we always have service providers like them!
